Dave Scott was born and raised in New York City. He made the Eastern Shore of Maryland his home when he left NYC to attend The University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1980. “Shasta” (as he is now known) works for the school that he attended as the Foodservice Director. Along with being the President of his Ruff Ryder chapter, he is also a 3rd degree Mason and a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.
